Pressure reducer
This is screwed onto the argon cylinders. It is necessary in order to achieve
the APC 300's input pressure.
Programm selection menu
Main menu for selecting programs. The menu reached on leaving the standard
display.
Programs
Aids used to modify the APC 300 to suit the user's individual needs and envi-
ronmental conditions.
Program structure
Nesting of the APC 300's programs.
Purge time
If you call the rinse program, the applicator is rinsed with a certain amount of
argon (purge flow rate) during a certain period (purge time).
Purge flow
Amount of argon, in units of l/min, which is to flow into the applicator when
the purge program is actuated. The applicator must be rinsed with argon before
it is actuated for the first time.
Settings for COAG flow, CUT flow
e.g. 2 l/min
Settings for purge time and purge flow
2 sec, 2 l/min, for instance.
Shell
Graphical interface of the APC 300. Interface for communication between
the user and the software.
Standard display
Display for controlling CUT flow, COAG flows and for controlling all
functions during operation of the APC 300. The APC can only be activated
via this display.
