Socket lighting 1. Call up <Test Program Socket Lightning>.

Press <all lights on>. All sockets
must be uniformly lit up in white.3. Then press <green>. All sockets must be uniformly lit up in green.
Proceed in the same way for the colors blue, yellow and red.
4. Terminate the test program with <Close>.
Socket configuration 1. Call up <Test Program Plugging recognition>.
2. Compare the socket configuration on the unit with the socket config-
uration shown in the test program.
The name of the socket in the test program (TP) can deviate here as
follows from the name of the socket on the unit:
– TP: MF-O = unit: MF (multifunction socket)
– TP: MF-U = unit: MF-U (multifunction socket, universal)
– TP: ME = unit: MO (monopolar socket)
– TP: BE = unit: BI (bipolar socket)
– TP: NE = unit: NE (return electrode socket)
– TP: APC = APC unit (APC socket)
3. Terminate the test program with <Close>.
Acoustic signals 1. Call up <Test Program Sound>.
2. Use <Volume +/–> to adjust the test volume so that it is clearly audi-
ble (factory setting 200)
3. Pressing the respective signal field starts the test.
For the first three fields (Key, Warning and Error), the sound is output
in accordance with the actual duration of operation. For the other sig-
nal fields, the signal sound continues to be output until it is termi-
nated by pressing the respective signal field again.
4. Test each signal sound at least twice.
5. Terminate the test program with <Close>.
6. Stay in the test program list for the next test step.
