IES or IES-A, detecting module: Erbe smoke evacuator IES 2 or IES 3 (from V 1.1.x)
Error code Description Additional information Action
IES Not available.
IES-A 1 Software error: checksum. Restart the unit. If the
error occurs again, notify
Erbe Service.
IES-A 20 Overtemperature. The smoke evacuator has
overheated. Allow the unit
to cool down.
IES-A 21 Undertemperature. Allow the smoke evacua-
tor to acclimatize (see
also the notes in the
Technica l D a ta) .
IES-A 22 Pressure sensor error. Restart the unit. If the
error occurs again, notify
Erbe Service.
IES-A 23 Filter cartridge used up. Replace filter cartridge.
IES-A 24 High suction resistance. Filter full (suction resis-
tance).
Check accessories and fil-
ter.
IES-A 25 Filter cartridge not
detected.
Make sure that the filter
cartridge has been cor
-
rectly inserted.
If the error occurs again,
notify Erbe Service.
IES-A 128 CAN error. Restart the unit. If the
error occurs again, notify
Erbe Service.
IES-A 129 Setting parameter error. Check settings. If the error
occurs again, notify Erbe
Service.
