2. Disconnect the electrical power source from the unit.
3. Open the door on the wire-bobbin side of the EMP unit.
4. Release the Tensioning Arm by loosening the Tension Knob, pulling it up out of its
detent and rotating it toward you (see (1) in Figure 6-32).
