SECURITY OPTIONS
Digital Erasing
This feature is used to erase data of printing jobs from the printer memory.
It is used for security reasons.

Before launching a printing job, go to Printer Settings>Security and
activate Data used for printing checkbox.
When the feature is activated, data of all future jobs is erased from the
printer memory.

Launch the printing job.
Kineclipse
This feature is used to erase data that is visible on the monochrome and overlay
panels of the ribbon.

Before launching a printing job, go to Evolis Premium Suite>Printer Settings and activate Hide the data
printed on the ribbon.

Launch the printing job.
Internal basic locking of printer
This option enables to forbid the access to the following elements:
• Card feeder: 100-card or 200-card extension
• Ribbons (and access to the printer sides)
• Reject box capacity is limited to 50 cards
Turn the key on the right to lock Turn the key on the left to unlock
NOTE
2 keys are provided in the option package
NOTE
Scanning, digital erasing, kineclipse and locking options are integrated in the printer. There is no need for on-premises installation.
