NOTICE: Damage of the scanner’s mirrors and lenses
Avoid touching the optical surface with any objects.
1. Gently blow off particles from the optical surface with compressed air.
2. Perform visual inspection.
3. Repeat dry cleaning as required.
4. Proceed with Wet Cleaning with Tissue and Isopropyl Alcohol as a Cleaning Fluid below.
