This CP terminal is connected to the AS-i bus by me-
ans of a special AS-i cable. It is available with three
types of electrical connections:
CP terminal
with AS-i
connection
with additional supply connection for implementing an
emergency stop function
with additional supply connection and 4 inputs (not
CPV18)
without additional supply connection.
The CP valve terminals with AS-i connection can be fit-
ted with the following valve plates:
two or four valve plates with 5/2-way single solenoid
valves
two valve plates with 5/2-way doubkle solenoid
valves
2 valve plates each with 3/2-way single solenoid
valves
Only CPV18: two valve plates with 5/3-way valves
blocked in mid-position.
PLEASE NOTE
The CP valve terminal with AS-i connection and 4 in-
puts is always with fitted 4 valve locations. Depen-
ding on the equipment fitted, these CP valve termi-
nals are filled, where necessary, with 1 or 2 reserve
plates.
