It is then possible to modify the different device elds and thus change the name, interface, acquisition
frequency, model and the specic protocol parameters: IP address and port number for IP devices, slave
address for modbus devices, timeout, etc.
Pressing the validation button validates the data entry. Pressing the cancel button ignores any changes
made on the data entry form.
It is also possible to modify the equipment variables by importing a new denitions le. To do this, simply
click on “Import new denition le” in the “Device” drop-down menu and select the new denition le
(See chapter 3.1.2.1.3.4: “- Declaration of equipment”). Once the le has been imported, you must
reselect the denition le to correspond to the new imported equipment in order to reload the variables,
as when adding equipment (see chapter 3.2.1.2.1: “- Adding equipment” ).
3.2.1.2.4 Modifying the Input/Output Conguration
Input/output conguration can be done directly from the device management page.
