Remote Interface
The Remote Interface diagnostics menu provides information on remote
communication by monitoring the input and output communication. The menu
contains independent diagnostics for RS-232, USB, Ethernet, GPIB, and the
system bus communications.
RS-232 – Shows the Receive and Transmit data for this interface.
USB – Shows the Receive and Transmit data for this interface.
Ethernet – Shows the Receive and Transmit data for this interface.
GPIB – Shows the Receive and Transmit data for this interface.
System Bus – Shows the subsequent data for this interface.

Contamination Prevention System (CPS)
The contamination prevention system (CPS) is a Product accessory used to
protect the Product from contamination from the UUT.
Note
Replace parts as required. See the Replaceable Parts section.
CPS Cleaning and Inspection
To clean and inspect the CPS filter assembly (see Figure 48):
1. Vent the Product to remove all pressure to the CPS.
2. Remove the hose from the quick connect .
3. Remove the lower housing from the upper housing . Turn the housing
counter clockwise to loosen it.
4. Pull straight out on the purge tube portion of the filter assembly to remove
entire assembly from the upper housing.
