PCM Supply, Test, Exhaust Sensor Alignment
1. Read the current sensor coefficient values with a remote command terminal
(for example, Hyperterminal or COMPASS for Pressure Direct Remote
Terminal) and send the commands below to read the current coefficients for
the PCM sensors:
a. Test port
i. CAL:PRES4:DATA:POINTS?
ii. CAL:PRES4:DATA:VAL1?
iii. CALPRES4:DATA:VAL2?
b. Supply port
i. CAL:PRES6:DATA:POINTS?
ii. CAL:PRES6:DATA:VAL1?
iii. CALPRES6:DATA:VAL2?
c. Exhaust port
i. CAL:PRES7:DATA:POINTS?
ii. CAL:PRES7:DATA:VAL1?
iii. CALPRES7:DATA:VAL2?
2. Read the current sensor coefficient values (C0, C1) from the front panel, see
Figure 39.
a. From the front-panel menus select
SETUP>Diagnostic>Control>Primary.
i. Item is the Test C0, C1.
ii. Item is the Supply C0, C1.
iii. Item is the Exhaust C0, C1.
