PM200 and PM600 Modules
These tools are necessary to work on the PM200 and PM600 modules:
2 mm hex
Loctite
TM
222 (or equivalent)
1. The PM200 and PM600 modules are calibrated with tamper-proof seals and
any parts inside the module must be repaired at a Fluke Calibration
authorized service provider. See Figure 43.
2. Remove the guide rail spring .
3. Use a 2 mm hex torque driver to remove the (2) M3x5 button-head SHC screws
.
4. Remove the manifold O-rings and .
5. Inspect the guide bushing .
