Install the B-Series Valves
1. Use a #2 Phillips screwdriver and 4 screws to install the base into the
manifold (use guide hole on base for orientation). Torque to 8 in/lbs. See
Figure 23.
2. Install O-ring into the base.
3. Place the valve body into the valve shaft . Ensure that the blue material
(seat) of the valve body is facing out to show that when the valve shaft is
screwed into the base, that the seat material is making contact with the orifice
on the base.
4. With a large flat-head screwdriver, secure the valve shaft and body into the
base.
5. Place the coil washer over the valve shaft with the rubber face up.
6. Place the coil over the valve shaft, install the coil nut , and tighten it with
a 9/16 inch wrench or nut driver (do not over torque).
