If a 2400 DWG is used:
o Calibrated and approved temperature probe to measure piston-cylinder
temperature.
o Calibrated and approved vacuum sensor if the 2400 DWG is used in
absolute by vacuum mode.
o Calibrated and approved piston gauge monitor.
o Calibrated and approved laboratory environment monitor (LEM).
o Float position indicator (FPI)
Verify that all references used in the calibration process are active, approved,
and in calibration.
Preliminary Operations
Before the procedures are performed, review this entire procedure.
Warning
To prevent possible injury, only assemble and operate high-
pressure systems if you know the correct safety procedures.
High-pressure liquids and gases are hazardous and the energy
from them can be released without warning.
This procedure is applicable to the models listed in the PM200 and PM600
specifications sections.
