Warning
To prevent injury and electrical shock, disconnect the mains
power cable prior to the removal procedure, shut off the supply
pressure, and vent the system before removing any manifold,
valve or associated parts.
For this procedure, see Figure 33:
1. The PCM is inside the module bay. See Access the Module Bay.
2. Shut off the supply pressure and vent the system.
3. Remove all pressure lines and fittings from the manifold.
4. Power off and remove the mains power cord.
5. See PMM/PCM Removal to remove the PCM.
6. Inspect the guide bushing .
7. Inspect the two white O-rings .
8. Inspect the black O-ring .
9. Use a 2.5 mm T-handle hex driver to remove the three M4 x 10 screws
and remove the handle .
10. Remove the cover . Use a 3 mm hex driver to remove the two M4 x 8 mm
socket head screws and the one M4 x 30 mm socket head screw .
11. When you remove the cover , be careful to tilt the cover so that the canbus
connector clears.
