1. A reference may be substituted if the recommended reference is unavailable. The substituted reference must be able to cover the MIN and MAX
pressures required for the calibration of the applicable PMM. The references given here are the preferred from an overall uncertainty and
calibration interval viewpoint. Other types of references, such as a Fluke Calibration 7250 Pressure Controller/Calibrator, can potentially be used
when the standard is maintained on a shorter calibration interval.
2. Negative Gauge Calibration. Use PG Differential Mode of reference is PG7601/PG7607. Use 2465 Negative Gauge Mode if reference is 2465.
-100 kPa is the nominal minimum pressure. Depending on ambient laboratory pressure, the laboratory may not be able to achieve -100 kPa.
