8. Use a #2 Phillips screwdriver to remove the two M3 x 6 screws from the
COMM tray and remove the tray from the chassis.

The CPU
To remove the CPU, see Figure 16:
1. Make sure the Product is off and disconnect the mains power cord.
2. Shut off the supply pressure and vent the system.
3. Remove the top panel, see Top Panel.
4. Remove the COMM tray. See Communications Tray.
5. Disconnect the system cable from CPU PCA J31 .
6. Disconnect the switch test cable from CPU PCA J1 .
7. Use a #2 Phillips screwdriver to remove the six M3 x 6 screws .
8. Use a 7 mm nut driver to remove the two RS-232 connector jack screws .
9. Use a 9/32 in nut driver to remove the two IEEE connector jack screws .
10. Separate the CPU from the COMM tray .
Note
To avoid damage to the surface-mount components on the bottom
side of the PCA, use care when you separate the PCA from COMM
tray.
