3.2 TOWING THE MACHINE
1. Make sure that the machine is in transportation mode before departing:
a. Hopper tray is closed in the up position and the locking latch is fully
engaged.
b. The discharge chute is securely fixed at the inboard position.
c. The jockey wheel is up, fully retracted.
d. The handbrake is released.

2. When towing the machine, obey the maximum legal towing limit for your
country.
3. On very rough and uneven road surfaces, reduce the speed to protect the
machine from undue vibration.
4. When off road:
a. Avoid objects that may collide with the underside of the machine
b. Avoid steep gradients
5. Avoid excessively pot holed ground.
6. Exercise extreme caution when reversing the machine as the short wheel base
will react quickly to steering.
7. Clear the machine of any loose wood chip material before departing.
8. Keep tyre pressures inflated to 2.8 Bar or 41 psi.
