Mechanical re-
quirements
The following mechanical requirements must be met in order to achieve a stable and re-
producible TWIN welding process:
- Precise welding torch guidance for robots or single-purpose machines (e.g. longitudi-
nal chassis)
- Exact weld preparation
- Low component tolerances
Electrical Re-
quirements
- Cables of the welding circuit laid correctly
- The max. inductance in the welding circuit must not exceed 35 µH.
Software require-
ments
- Software version at least 2.2.3-20789.15069 or above
- Both power sources must have the same software status.
- The IP addresses must be set correctly on the power sources.
