Sample Set
When making multiple sets of copies, you can print a sample set to check the finished
output and then print the remaining copy sets.
Save As
Allows you to change the file name.
Save
When file settings are changed, the settings are refreshed.
Note • If the number of files stored in the folder under [Copy & Print Jobs] reaches the maximum,
you cannot save the file again.
Save & Print
Saves the files again and prints the selected files.

Print
Prints the selected files.
Paper Supply
You can select a paper tray.
Note • You can select only paper trays with the same paper size and orientation as the selected file.
• A print file is saved with [Auto Paper Select] selected. When you print a saved print file of a
paper size and orientation that can only be loaded in the bypass tray, select [Tray 5] in
[Paper Supply]. If [Auto Paper Select] is left selected, an error will be displayed and the file
cannot be printed.

2 Select any option.
Last Saved Settings
Holds settings at the time when the file was saved.

Select a paper tray.
Auto Paper Select
Automatically select a paper tray loaded with the required paper size for copying.
