Cut to Size
Displays the width of a finished booklet after being trimmed by the amount specified
in [Default Trim Margin]. Change the value as necessary.
Note • You can set [Default Trim Margin] in the System Administration mode. For more information,
refer to "5 Tools" > "Copy Service Settings" > "Copy Control" > "Default Trim Margin" in the
Administrator Guide.
Book Pressing

Does not press the booklet spine to flatten the spine.

Presses the booklet spine to flatten the spine.
Pressure Applied
Adjusts the amount of pressure applied to the spine of a booklet when the spine is
flattened. Select from five levels between [Higher] and [Lower].
Covers (Attaching Covers to Copies)
This feature allows you to attach covers to copies.
You can use different types of paper (such as colored paper and heavyweight paper)
as the front and back covers of copies.
Important • When you select this feature, if the number of pages scanned by the machine exceeds the
maximum, the machine will not print the already-scanned data. In that case, follow the
instructions of the message displayed on the screen to cancel the job. The maximum
number of pages that the machine can scan is 2000 pages per job.
• If you use tab stock paper, select [Face Down] in [Face Up/Down Output] on the [Output
Format] screen.
