3 If the previous settings still remain, press the
<Clear All> button.
4 Select one from [Copy], [Copy & Store File]
or [Store File Only].

Copies scanned documents and then saves them as data in a folder on the machine.
You can print the data or change the settings on the [Send from Folder] screen.
îš„Store File Only
Saves scanned documents as data in a folder on the machine. You can print the data
or change the settings on the [Send from Folder] screen.
For information on [Copy & Store File] and [Store File Only], refer to "Saving Scanned Documents"
(P.59). For more information on how to operate folders, refer to "Send from Folder" (P.209).
Note • The features displayed on the screen depend on your machine configuration.
• When the Authentication or Accounting feature is enabled, the machine may prompt you to
enter the system administrator's ID, or both the system administrator's ID and the passcode.
Ask your system administrator for the ID and passcode.
5 Select each tab, and configure features as
necessary.
