• The use of waste toner containers not recommended by Fuji Xerox may degrade image
quality and performance. Use only waste toner containers recommended by Fuji Xerox.
1 Make sure that the machine is not operating,
and open the front cover.
2 While holding down the tabs on the top of
the waste toner container, lay the container
down toward you and then pull out the
container upward at an angle.
Important • After removing the waste toner container
from the machine, do not turn the
container upside down. Otherwise, toner
may spill.
3 Prepare a new waste toner container and
cleaning bar.
Note • Take a new container and cleaning bar
out of the box in advance.
4 Clean each of the laser scanners once with
the new cleaning bar.
Insert the cleaning bar into each slot until it
stops, and then slowly slide the bar back out.
