5. Install a new 2nd BTR Unit.
Important
• Never touch the roller part of the 2nd BTR Unit when
installing it.
6. Return the upper left cover A to the original
position.
7. Switch on the power.
Replacing the Paper Feed Rolls
1. Switch off the power.
Important
• While the printer is in the Energy Saver mode, press
the <Energy Saver> button to exit the mode, and then
switch off the power.

2. Pulling out Tray 1 and remove the paper,
take off Tray 1 from the machine.
3. Slide the cover towards the front as shown
in the right figure.
