4.6.9 Setting a File Name Format for When Saving Scanned Data
Set a file name format when saving scanned data in a folder.
The "Save as" entered on the "Save" or "Scan to SharePoint" screen is displayed as the default
value for this setting.
1. Select the [System Settings] tab on the top menu.
2. Select the [File Names (Save)] tab on the left side menu.
 The "File Names (Save)" screen appears.
ATTENTION
The following file names cannot be used:
z CON
z PRN
z AUX
z CLOCK$
z NUL
z COM0 to COM9
z LPT0 to LPT9
