4.6.10 Setting a File Name Format for When Attaching Scanned Data to
e-Mail
Set a file name format for when attaching scanned data to an e-mail.
The "File Name" entered on the "Send e-Mail" screen is displayed as the default value for this set-
ting.
1. Select the [System Settings] tab on the top menu.
2. Select the [File Names (e-Mail)] tab on the left side menu.
 The "File Names (e-Mail)" screen appears.
ATTENTION
The following file names cannot be used:
z CON
z PRN
z AUX
z CLOCK$
z NUL
z COM0 to COM9
z LPT0 to LPT9
