What to do if paper is not fed properly in my Fujitsu Scanner?
    • S
      Sean MurrayAug 25, 2025
If your Fujitsu Scanner is not feeding paper correctly, start by cleaning the Pick roller. If the issue persists, the Pick roller might be worn out and need replacing. Anne BowmanAug 26, 2025
If the document is not fed properly or gets jammed in your Fujitsu Scanner, it might be due to dirt inside the scanner or using paper that is thin, torn, or bent. Clean the dirty locations. When scanning a document that is hard to feed, load it sheet by sheet.

How to fix Fujitsu ScanSnap S300 Scanner if it cannot be turned on?
    • A
      Ashley PalmerAug 27, 2025
If your Fujitsu Scanner isn't turning on, ensure the power or USB bus power cable and USB cable are correctly connected to your computer. If you're using a hub, verify its power supply. For USB bus power, use a powered hub with an AC adapter; non-powered hubs may cause issues. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the power or USB bus power cable, waiting at least 5 seconds before reconnecting. Also, make sure the Paper chute cover is open and that Windows has fully started, as the LED might turn off during startup or sleep mode.

Why is my laptop battery draining fast when using Fujitsu ScanSnap S300?
    • D
      Dylan AllenSep 22, 2025
If your laptop battery drains quickly even in hibernation when using a Fujitsu Scanner, it might be because the scanner is powered through a USB bus power cable connection, and the power lamp on the scanner remains lit even during hibernation. Some computers continuously supply power to the USB bus in hibernation. If you do not need to use the scanner, close the scanner’s ADF or unplug the USB bus power cable.

    • R
      robertskarenSep 9, 2025
If scanned images are not displayed when [Allow automatic blank page removal] is enabled on your Fujitsu Scanner, it's possible that nearly blank documents are being mistakenly recognized as blank pages and removed. To resolve this, right-click the ScanSnap Manager icon on the taskbar, select [Setting] D [Scanning] tab, click the [Option] button, and then clear the [Allow automatic blank page removal] checkbox.

What to do if my Fujitsu Scanner is scanning too slowly?
    • D
      Donald HoltSep 3, 2025
If your Fujitsu Scanner is running slowly, first check if your PC meets the recommended system requirements. If not, at [Scanning] D [Option] in the [ScanSnap Manager D Scan and Save Settings] dialog box, clear the checkboxes of the following to increase the scanning speed: Correct skewed character strings automatically, Allow automatic image rotation. Also, ensure you're not using a USB 1.1 connection; if your PC has a USB 2.0 port, connect the scanner to it, ensuring any USB hub also supports USB 2.0.

Why does Fujitsu ScanSnap S300 Scanner produce black lines on scanned documents?
    • R
      Raven EdwardsSep 1, 2025
