MPB Diagnostics Failure Troubleshooting
7-9-1 Purpose of this Section
MPB diagnostics test fails if remaining scan time is less than 20 minutes. To identify if there is a real
failure of the MPB, perform the following procedure.

3.) When running MPB Diagnostics, if the following screen appears, indicating the remaining scan time
is less than 20 secRun diagnostic test again with fully charged batteries.
Note: This message will be displayed only in service-level diagnostics (with service dongle).
When running user-level diagnostics, MPB failure message will be displayed in the
diagnostics result
