It denes the minimum value of the output of the ramp reference block, regardless of the signal that is present. The ramp
block output remains at the value set with this parameter until the analog signal exceeds this threshold: the ramp output
value then starts to follow the reference up to the value set in parameter PAR 634 Rampreftoplim. The limit is valid for
both directions of rotation.
