Main Menu
From the main menu, you can access:
Print Options
Groups together the different methods of sending jobs to the plotter. You can send a le using
the default settings, change these settings, crop a job and only send the cropped portion of it,
and send a composition from various different les.
Program Op-
tions
Allows you to manage the connections between User Manager and Server Manager, establish
default settings for les sent to the plotter, and to congure the job le extensions recognized
by User Manager.
Conguration
Lets you calibrate the plotter software and set the language and working units for User Manager.
History
Allows access to the history of jobs sent to the plotter.
Queue
Allows you to set the refresh mode for the different connections and to perform different tasks
with the jobs in the print queue (change position, delete).
Customer pro-
grams
Allows you to display the status of the current options installed on the plotter.

Shows information about the software.
Status indicators
The status indicators display information about the plot-
ter. The rst status indicator tells you whether the connec-
tion with the plotter was successful or not, whether it is
printing or in pause mode, and if it has produced an error.
The plotter is connected and waiting to receive jobs.

Check to see if the status indicators show some type of
error, such as front cover open, ink cartridges not found,
paper feed error, or that it is necessary to remove the
paper from the paper take-up bar.
