Cleaning and Maintenance 101
X AND Y AXIS WAYS
See the photograph under the “Daily Cleaning” section for parts
identification.
1.
Use a lint-free cloth to clean the X and Y axis ways.
2.
Lightly oil the X and Y axis ways with a light machine oil.
ELECTRICAL BOX AIR FILTER
The air filter is located on the electrical box. In harsh
environments, the air filter may need more frequent cleaning than
recommended.
1.
Turn OFF the main power switch and unplug the electrical
box from its power source.
2.
Snap off the air filter cover from the front of the electrical box.
3.
Remove the air filter from the cover.
4.
Vacuum thoroughly to remove any dust or debris.
5.
Return the air filter to the cover.
6.
Return the cover to its former position and snap into place.
