5.12 Setting the Distance Adjustment Values
This function is used to correct any discrepancies in the lengths of the cut or plotted line segments. If, for
example,theDISTANCEADJUSTsettingisspeciedas0.05%,andthedistanceofthecutis500mm,the
cutdistanceisincreasedby500x0.05%(=0.25mm),whichmeansthatthetotalcutdistanceis500.25mm.
(1) Press the [PAUSE] key to select PAUSE mode.
(2) Press the
[NEXT] key repeatedly until the following menu is displayed.

(3) Press the [F3] key (FUNCTION) to display the menu shown below.

(4) Press the [F3] key (DIST ADJ.) to display the distance adjustment values setting screen.

Press the [F2] key to move the blinking cursor to the X= parameter or the [F4] key to move the blinking cursor to the
Y= parameter, and then use the [ ] or [ ] key to change the respective numeric value.
Press the [ENTER] keytoconrmyourselections.
Setting range: -0.25 to +0.25(%), in 0.05(%) increments
(5) Press the
[PAUSE] key to cancel PAUSE mode.
These settings are retained in the plotter's internal memory even while the plotter is turned off.
