8. Insert one Basket Bracket into an end of
the Cloth Basket. The hook opening
MUST face away from the velcro
fasteners. Be sure to insert the bracket all
the way thru until the three hooks exit the
openings clearly.
9. Repeat on other end.
10. Slide the Basket thru the Stand. The
velcro must face toward the bottom.
Position the Basket so that the Middle
Bar is between the two sets of velcro
11. Fold the Cloth Basket over the Middle
Bar and velcro the Basket in place.
12. Lift the Basket Brackets and mount the
hooks to the tube.
13. Make sure the Basket is aligned and not skewed.
