Error Messages with their Possible Causes and Probable Solution.
OVER CURRENT
POWER OFF THEN ON
The beeper sounds
SPEED ALARM
POWER OFF THEN ON

Cause Solution
Excessive load is causing
the current to the motor to
exceed the rated value
Cutting conditions do
not suit the cutting
media
Lower the cutting
SPEED and/or the
cutting FORCE
Movement of the pen
carriage is being
obstructed
Turn off the plotter,
remove the obstacle,
then turn the plotter
back on.
The pen carriage was
subjected to external
pressure during cutting
Turn off the plotter,
remove the obstacle,
then turn the plotter
back on.
Media scraps stuck in
moving parts and
impeding plotter
operation
Turn off the plotter,
remove the media
scraps, then turn the
plotter back on
Abnormal acceleration
