3.9.- Quality of Service –Option 902538. Only for RCS100 and RCS400-
This function shows, graphically, all the measurements relating to the quality of the selected service:
 Service Availability Error (SAE): The main purpose is to identify severe distortions and
interruptions of the service under certain receiving conditions. The parameter is related to
the loss of the service.
 Service Degradation Error (SDE): The main purpose is to identify severe degradation under
certain receiving conditions. This parameter is related to the level of strong impairments of
the service.
 Service Impairments Error (SIE): The main purpose is to identify first signs of service
degradation under certain receiving conditions. The parameter is related to infrequent
impairments of the service.
In addition, three rates corresponding to each measurement will be shown: Service Availability Error
Ratio, Service Degradation Error Ratio, Service Impairments Error Ratio. These rates give an idea
of the rate of time the corresponding alarm is active.
It is also possible to download a report in .xlxs format that contains all the QoS measurements
between two data selected by the user.
