Enter the required fields. These fields are necessary
to continue with commissioning:
Vessel name.
Name of the person doing the commissioning.
Company name.
Enter the optional fields. Anything can be entered
into these fields for later reference:
Shipyard registration code.
Project code.
Click on Pick image to select an optional icon to be
associated with this commissioning.
If any required information is missing, it will be marked
with a yellow warning symbol.
