Subcodes:
 1 - User throttle calibration: The throttle calibration values are
inconsistent. The 40 %, 70 %, and 90 % values must be in
increasing order
 101 - Ship throttle calibration: The throttle calibration values
are inconsistent. The 40 %, 70 %, and 90 % values must be in
increasing order
 600 - Idle maximum: The maximum idle adjust RPM is
inconsistent with the minimum or maximum RPM
 601 - Maximum RPM: The maximum RPM is inconsistent with
the minimum RPM
 602 - RPM lookup: One of the RPM to throttle lookup is
inconsistent
