Access to group via keyboard enabled or disabled.

Load ? You can either load the factory setting, or one of the four
parameter sets that are saved.
Save? All the device settings can be saved power failsafe in four
parameter sets. Each time the mode of operation changes
from setting to measuring mode, you will be asked whether
or not the change is to be saved. The data is permanently
protected if you exit setting mode by confirming "Yes" to the
security prompt.

(F2 inactive: frequency doubled). If frequency quadrupling
is activated, the input characteristic must be adjusted, as
double the number of pulses are evaluated.
RotDir The direction of rotation information is evaluated when F2 is
active
