Load Capacity
• 90 lb per zone for speeds up to 180 fpm (Itoh only)
• 35 lb per zone for speeds up to 300 fpm
• Additional capacity available upon request
Minimum Product
Sizes
• 9 in. x 12 in. for right angle transfer
• 6 in. x 9 in. for 3-inch centers, wheel divert, and RT3
• 4 in. x 6 in. for 2-inch centers (no diverts or transfers)
Refer to the T-Bone Merge Feeder Guidelines and Merge Guidelines
sections for minimum height requirements.
If transfers feed only to belted sections or chutes, and product is aligned to
the inside radius of curved sections, minimum length is 9 in. and minimum
width is 6 in.
