Spare Parts
If Intelligrated does not receive the defective parts within 30 days, the customer will
be billed for the part(s).
The order will be processed and the replacement parts will be shipped to the
customer as soon as possible.
Warranty orders are always shipped via ground service at Intelligrated’s expense.
Other shipping arrangements may be made, but the customer will be billed for all
shipping charges.
5.3 Non-Warranty Part Order Procedure
To order non-warranty replacement parts.
Contact the Parts Department by e-mail, fax, or phone, or online using the
OnTimeParts Catalog to request the replacement part. Provide as much information
about the equipment and part as possible, including the description, manufacturer,
any information stamped on the part, and all the information from the conveyor label,
shown in the Warranty Part Order Procedure section.
Parts may be purchased using company issued purchase orders or by credit card
(Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
Note: There is a $100 minimum order for non-warranty orders.
5.4 Order Processing and Shipping
Orders for stock items are normally shipped the next business day.
Non-stock orders are subject to the lead time of the part. Orders are shipped via
ground service (Freight Prepaid and added to invoice) unless otherwise requested.
Emergency service to ship via package carrier or scheduled airlines is also available
for an additional charge.
Warranty orders are always shipped via ground service. Other shipping
arrangements may be made, but the customer will be billed for all additional shipping
charges.
