1. Complete the Warranty Parts Request Form. The entire form must be completed,
using the description and all the information from the conveyor label, shown below.
Some parts such as motors and/or reducers include manufacturer
component/assembly information stamped on the part. Conveyor part numbers may
also be found in this chapter.
2. Sign the completed form and e-mail to the Warranty Administrator at
IGSParts@honeywell.com or fax it to 513-881-5143.
Upon receipt of the completed Warranty Part Request Form, the Warranty
Administrator will issue any required Returned Material Authorization (RMA)
numbers and enter the warranty order.
The Warranty Administrator will fax or e-mail the warranty order acknowledgement to
the customer. If there is a cost or negative quantity displayed on the order
acknowledgement, the parts must be returned to Intelligrated.
If required, return the defective parts to Intelligrated at the address below. Be sure to
package appropriately to prevent damage during shipment. Also, include a copy of
the Warranty Part Request Form inside the package and clearly mark the Returned
Material Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package.

Parts received without an RMA number will be returned to the customer.
