Preventive Maintenance
Results of these general inspections should be documented in the conveyor record
of the unit inspected. Make photocopies of the checklists in the Preventive
Maintenance Checklist section and place them with the equipment.
The probability of mechanical/electrical problems increases during periods of heavy
use. Therefore, an additional inspection immediately before and after these periods
is recommended.
