7. At the power supply distribution panel, remove tag, unlock and turn on the power to
the conveyor section.
8. If there are two power supplies in the enclosure, disconnect the 24VDC wires on
each power supply in the enclosure.
9. Turn on the power supply and adjust output voltage to 26.5 VDC. If two power
supplies, adjust output voltage on both power supplies to 26.5 VDC.
Note: Follow the power supply manufacturer’s instructions to adjust the power
supply output voltage.
10. Turn off power to the power supplies.
11. Reconnect the 24 VDC lines to both power supplies.
12. Turn on the power supply output circuit breakers.
13. Clear the lockout/tag out and restore power to the power supplies.
4.8.1 DIP Switch Settings and DC Output Voltage
Adjustment
1. Verify that the DIP switches, located on the underside of the power supply, are set
for parallel operation: A = On, B = Off.
