5 Spare Parts
This chapter contains the contact information and procedures for ordering
replacement parts. Read the information below to ensure receipt of the correct parts,
on time, and shipped to the correct location.
5.1 Contact Information
5.1.1 Ordering Parts
Normal hours for the Parts Department are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00
PM, Eastern Time except holidays. For emergency parts support outside of normal
business hours, call the toll-free number 1-877-315-3400 and select option 2 at the
prompt.

5.2 Warranty Part Orders
The warranty replacement parts program is used to replace parts taken from the
customer’s spare parts inventory. It is not intended to supply replacement parts.
