To remove the server from a Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Compaq-branded, Telco, or third-party rack:
ProcedureProcedure
1. Power down the server.
2. Disconnect the rear cabling.
3. Extend the server from the rack .
4. Release the rail latches and remove the server from the rack.
5. Place the server on a sturdy, level surface.
