when you replace a new 4G card. If such a problem occurs, you can call the customer service
center of the service provider to activate the caller ID display service.
4.42 Why is the screen still off after I move my phone
away from my ear?
Your phone has a proximity sensor that is installed near the receiver.
During a call, if you place the phone near your ear or use another object to block the upper
part of the screen, the phone automatically turns the screen off to avoid misoperation. When
the phone is moved away from the blocking object, the phone automatically turns the screen
on to facilitate your operations.
If the screen is still off after you move your phone away from your ear, press the power button
and make sure the upper part of the screen is not blocked by another object.
Do not block the area around the receiver with the phone cover or other objects. When you attach a
protective film to the screen, make sure it does not block the proximity sensor. It is recommended that
you use a protective film dedicated to your phone.
4.43 How do I delete the call log?
On the Dialer screen, touch the menu icon then Delete call log. Touch Delete.
4.44 Why does the call ringtone automatically revert to the
default ringtone?
1. If the configured ringtone is not a preloaded ringtone, check whether the ringtone file was
moved or deleted. If so, reset the ringtone.
If the phone supports an external microSD card and the configured ringtone is saved on the
microSD card, the call ringtone will be restored to the default ringtone after the phone is
connected to a computer and USB mode is activated. The ringtone will revert to the
configured ringtone when the phone is disconnected. You can also move the ringtone file to
the phone's internal storage and then change the ringtone settings.
If the phone supports an external microSD card and the configured ringtone is saved on the
microSD card, check whether the microSD card was unmounted. If so, remount the microSD
card and reset the ringtone settings.
2. Check whether the ringtones for each SIM card are both custom ringtones. Select the
ringtones for SIM 1 and SIM 2 again by going to Settings > All > Sound.
3. Check whether the media storage is available by going to Settings > Manage apps > All >
Media Storage and enable it if necessary. If the media storage is not available, you will only
be able to use preloaded ringtones.
