3.33 Why are there two suppliers for the rear camera?
To ensure the supply capability of component materials, Huawei usually selects two or more
suppliers to produce cameras of the same specifications. Your phone's rear camera module is
produced by two mainstream camera suppliers with the same features. Selecting multiple
suppliers is a normal phenomenon in the industry. The techniques for producing rear cameras
are complex, at least two sensor suppliers are required to guarantee productability.
3.34 Why isn't music paused when I answer calls?
This is a caused by third-party applications. When the music focus is taken from the
third-party music player or applications by other applications, no pause control is made. To
solve this, update the third-party music player's version.
3.35 Why isn't there a ringtone for incoming calls after I
set the volume to the maximum?
Third-party applications, such as WeChat, may occasionally block your phone's audio channel,
so other applications fail to normally display sound, such as incoming call ringtones.
Close the third-party application in question that is running in the background, or restart your
phone.
3.36 What can I do if I can't use the snapshot function?
1. Make sure your phone's screen is locked.
2. Make sure no music is played.
3.37 Why are the photos I take in ultra snapshot mode not
as good as the photos I take in normal mode?
In some extreme scenarios, such as a dark environment or close-up shots, the shooting speed
in ultra snapshot mode is very fast, so the image colors and clarity of the photos are not as
good as those taken in normal mode.
3.38 Why can't I open the camera on my phone?
Some applications related to the camera may have been opened. Close those applications and
try again.
