5.28 Why can't my phone connect to a computer?
1. Check if your phone is charging. If not, there may be a hardware problem. Try using a
different cable or computer.
2. Check if third-party mobile phone tools cannot connect to your phone. If so, go to Settings >
Developer options (activated by quickly touching 7 times on Build number in Settings >
About phone) and turn on USB debugging.
3. Check if USB computer connection in the drop-down notification panel shows Charging
only. If so, touch Files to connect to your computer.
