11.15 Why doesn't the touchscreen respond sometimes?
Check whether you open too many apps or open certain apps (for example, games) that
consume a large amount of memory resources. Close the apps and try again.
11.15.1 Why does my screen turn off when I am using a
third-party application?
The third-party application may not be compatible with your phone.
Uninstall the application in question. If the problem persists, back up important data and
restore your phone to its factory settings.
You may be running multiple applications simultaneously.
Close application not in use. Go to Settings > Manage apps, select the applications you
want to close, and touch Stop. Then follow the onscreen instructions to close them.
If your phone comes with Phone Manager, you can access Phone Manager, touch Phone
accelerator and close all background apps at the touch of a button.
