17.5 Why can't I answer calls, take photos, or stop alarms
using my fingerprint?
For the Answer call, Take photo/video, and Stop alarm functions under the fingerprint
touches module, it is recommended that you touch and hold the fingerprint sensor for more
than 1 second.
17.6 How do I set fingerprint unlock?
Go to Settings > All > Fingerprint ID > Fingerprint management. Enter a screen lock
password if you set fingerprint unlock for the first time. Then the system will prompt you to
record your fingerprint. After that, the fingerprint unlock function is automatically enabled.
You can also manually set this function in later use.
17.6.1 Why do I have to set an unlock password before I enroll my
fingerprint?
When exceptions occur and you can't use your fingerprint to unlock your phone, you can use
the password to unlock your phone and update the enrolled fingerprint.
17.7 How do I set to access the safe using my fingerprint?
If you enable the function of accessing the safe using fingerprint, when you open the safe, you
can use your fingerprint or the safe password to unlock the safe.
Go to Settings > All > Fingerprint ID > Fingerprint management, enter an unlock
password to access the safe. At the same time, you need to enter the safe password. If you
haven't enabled the safe, the screen to enable it will be displayed. You can create a safe and

To set the safe, go to Files > Files.

Go to Settings > All > Fingerprint ID > Fingerprint management, enter an unlock
password to access App lock. At the same time, you need to enter the App lock password. If
you haven't enabled App lock, the screen to enable it will be displayed. You can create an App
lock and set its password. Then you can enable the function of accessing it using your
fingerprint.
To set App lock, go to Phone Manager > App lock and select applications you want to lock.
