9.3 What can I do if my QQ mailbox doesn't synchronize
earlier emails?
The QQ mailbox service policy stipulates that other phone clients can only synchronize the
emails over a period of the last 30 days. If you want to synchronize earlier emails, log in to
the QQ email client or use your QQ account name to log in to your Exchange account of your
phone's email client, and select the function of synchronizing all emails.
9.4 Why can't I log in to the company's email using the
Exchange?
1. Make sure the server address is correct. Contact your company's email server
administrator, check the server address, and manually set the server address.
